it's nothing special compared to the rest of what new york has to offer in terms of food. i had it a few times but that was only because they were "coney dogs". not really worth the price for a hot dog but if you're on vacation there i guess there would be some "sentimental" value attached to eating a hot dog at coney island.

they rebuilt astroland(the amusement park) and renamed it to luna park(it's original name) last spring. i still haven't gotten around to visiting it. should probably go see it seeing as how i worked a block away for a good 2 years and can probably get in for free.
