I login today and I see I'm a Private so my stats are wiped. I don't stat-pad or whore anything too badly so I'm wondering what I did. Is there any way I can see why my stats were reset? Thank you in advance.

Also, maybe you should ask EA/DICE, seeing as they are the ones that wiped your stats. Did you check BFHQ, or was it just ingame that you were a private?

I'm not sure if you can do anything about it, you might be able to talk to EA about it, but I highly doubt it. I used to play with this person named |PsychoNuts| he was ranked like 66th the last time I checked up on him, and he got his stats whiped for no reason at all...

Your stats are still there, sometimes it you get a bug and it says you have 0 points/time played. Usually it gets fixed by simply logging out/in.

As someone says theres a bug that happens when you log in every now and then - you have no stats or unlocks. Its happened to me quite a few times, usually don't notice till i get in a game and have no unlocks. A quick log out and back in again does the trick.
you werent wiped, your stats had a (what i like to call) burp, where it says you are private, no unlocks anything. just log out, restart compy and play on a different server. should be fine then.
I like when it shows me as a private, but I still have unlocks.
This bug hits me periodically. The other day I was a private - no unlocks for 2 or 3 rounds (didn't want to reboot...logging in/out didn't fix it) and then the next round I was a private again, but WITH unlocks...Ajax_the_Great1 wrote:

you could try calling EA on the phone. i had a friend who was a captain, worked his butt of for that rank. hot his shit wiped out of the blue. he claims he didnt pad at all. I beilive him, i guess EA didnt.

actually, i would be pumped/phsyced if anyone reseted my stats (only PB, EA, or DICE) jjbecause i know i don't hack or statpadd just have skill, it wouldbe the ultimate proof of skille
His stats weren't reset. I've read on other forums today that there have been DB errors/login issues throughout the day.
Someone on BF2RS forum's got their stats reinstated by EA... or something like it, they were sent an e-mail. May be fake though.
yesterday it said my name was undefined and my rank was major and i had a few million points.. it was pretty cool, i relogged in and it was back to normal... i thought for a second there, Dreams really do come true!!! lol.
