Well I have to say that while In & Out isn't the healthiest meal you could do far worse for a burger place. They use super-fresh ingredients, vegetable oil for their cholesterol-free fries (that they make on the spot) and all of it really makes the burger taste great.

In n Out is so much better than McDonalds, it's a shame they haven't moved out of California/Nevada.

Well, In 'N out isn't what it used to be. I've noticed their degrading quality quite well because when I'd travel here each year for summer vacation the first thing I wanted was a burger. In 'N Out kept getting smaller over the years and tasted more like junk.

I'd highly recommend going to a real burger joint instead of a fast-food chain. Places like Fat Burger, Red Robin, Five Guys, Johnny Rockets, etc. are good burger joints. They're still not quite as healthy as I'd llke them to be, but heck they're burger joints so don't except fine quality beef and stuff. I hate when stuff tastes unhealthy. Those places I mentioned taste good even though they're not too healthy.

You really know you're in a good place when they pull the chuck of cheese out and slice it themselves, or when it's in good looking packs. I hate those plastic slices you get at the very common fast foods.

Oh come on don't be such a jerk. As I was saying to someone earlier, good advice from a dumb person is still good advice.

You can't tell me you don't see and or taste a difference between burgers. In the OP the cheese alone is reflective and plastic looking. That alone should give you an idea of how healthy the rest of the burger will be.
