A sleep/connection problem I've never bothered to solve

Whenever I bring my computer out of sleep I'm greeted with this

A quick "Troubleshoot problems" resets the adapter and all is well, but I suppose I should maybe fix it so it stops doing this.

Any ideas why it's doing this? Wireless works fine.

For some reason the PC / Router do not cooperate when it goes out of sleep :z

You best have updated the drivers for your NIC before posting this thread. Drivers failing to handle sleep states properly is a common cause for this kind of issue.
