BF2S Forums Noob gets basic knife!!!!

Respect to anyone who has any knife badges, I've tried afew times and just died, alot!.
Kind of given up on it.
When the opertunity for a knifekill I take it, but I've just got afew defib kills and they are more fun!.
Never know maybe when I get better those opertunity's will be common.

actually that son of a bitch and a buddy of his snuck up on me when i was commandering. i didn't pay much attention to him because like i said his buddy (who was on my team) was running towards him. i think they were trying to pad his buddy after reading what you said. basically he came up, killed me, and his buddy would revive me and before i could do a thing he killed me again. i finally got lucky and TKed his buddy and was able to respawn elsewhere. i wish i had fucking taken a screenshot so i could fucking report them....can i have my karma back now?

Not sure about how long it took, but I have been trying for ages .. I too missed out on the First SArgent rank

Took 4 rounds of pretty intense gaming, but I hadnt touched my knife until then, so I am not to complain.

LOL LordDragonclaw, I had the same problem when earning my basic. For some reason I thought it was fun to run at people with a knife while there were point the Scar L and G3 at me hoping for I would get a knife kill. Well I got smart for my vet knife badge and learned the power of sneaking. Haven’t really tried for my expert yet. Maybe I should.

LOL, something fishy in them there stats I think Coke ?

I must say, since getting the basic knife, I do enjoy knife kills more and find myself prepared to use the knife a lot more than I use to.
