Can anyone point me in the direction of some good servers that not only support voip, but where people will use it and work as a team?

Well you can try out the [K]ings server, dunno the IP cause i am at work atm but i'll post it when i am home, because i always play on that server and i have made some friends there who all use the VOIP. Though i am not sure if all people who play there use it but i know from about 20 people who play there regulary that they use VOIP. When me and my comrads in battle make a squad we always name it the VOIP squad so people know we use it and expect people who join us to use it aswell. Just give it a try maybe you will get more luck on that server. Oh yeah the server starts to get full around 7/8 o'clock in the evening (european time).Maybe i'll see you there sometimes cause i am always on that server with me mates.

Some servers aren't. Some servers that advertise that they are, are not. And use BBcode in your sig, not html.
A lot of them support VOIP, but have it disabled. My old clan which I left (wish I could change my name) cited server lag as the reason it was disabled. Instead all 47 million (or so it seemed) of us could bitch at each other on teamspeak AT THE SAME TIME.
