Well back when I was working on MS-DOS you could enter a reformat command. I don't have a Windows OS DVD so I can't pop it in, reformat and reinstall Windows 7 Home Edition.
Like I said, I bought the laptop, it came with no OS DVD, and I booted the PC and it went into install mode. I want to do that again. I wonder where the OS is stored.

In that case I wouldn't want to reformat. I would hope they would put have put that on another HD partition so I can just reformat C and boot on whatever that HD partition is on.

I don't know if current wi-fi modems channel hop, mine sits on a fixed channel and if someone else nearby picks the same channel the speed goes to crap until I switch to another.
