I want you to know I didn't post this so someone could report this. I posted this cause I first thought it was a glitch or something.
I want to see some new maps too, which we don't have to pay for. If the team at EA and DICE would listen to the community and not charge us for everything they come up with, I would respect them and acknowledge them as a genuine game developer company. In my eyes, now, their just a bunch of wankers grinding their teeth waiting for the next payroll to come in. It doesn't seem EA nor DICE is a 'familý-like' business but just a hardcore gaming production facility.
But we're not buying directly from a factory looking at the prices they charge us.
Ergo: EA and DICE don't charge us, mostly students and unemployed, for any new idead you come up with. Feed us with new ideas, but do not expect us to pay money.
You could start providing us with custom maps ranked.

The have their own custom backend system to rank mods and custom maps... it's preatty cool and is also aporved by EA!!

wow, with a new RANKED map like this one, i wonder why they didn't advertise this on major BF2 forums... this would've gotten a TON of publicity (and a LOT of players)!
has anybody who played on this map got their score added? i mean, if you install another copy of BF2 on your PC and, say, patched it with 1.03, you can still find "ranked servers" (using game-monitor.com or ASE) like the official EA server in France (62.4.70.161:16567) but when you play there, your score won't get added! it doesn't matter if you play there for hours or minutes - your score will NOT get added to your global score. so, in a way, they aren't really ranked servers.

This is kind of off-topic but..
to me, that doesn't look anything like bocage. It looks more like a Dutch map from the Market Garden campaign.
If you want a real Bocage, play CoD. CoD mp_Bocage is probably the most realistic one you can find out there.

i dont understand why map makers cant submit the maps to DICE to recieve a ranked allowed status. It maybe able to happen once bf2 starts to die off due to 2141
