I am so sick of hearing about this shitty "mod". Its depressing to read about it when i'm playing BF2. I am not going to buy this game and wish that EA would fuck off and go do some other money sucking game in a different genre. What do you think about the game? Will You Buy It? Do you like the idea of it?

Why are you depressed about it? If you don't think you'll like the game then don't buy it. It's not like BF 2142 is going to come out and EA is gonna shutdown all the BF2 servers or anything.

I dislike the idea of them abandoning bf2 so young, sign of the times.
You know, this is getting ridiculous.. it's not a MOD. If you want to call it a "Total conversion" than that's fine, whatever. It's a different game based on the BF2 engine. Look what the Quake 3 engine has done for the MP FPS gaming industry.
