Karma system causing aggression amongst community

I'd like to address a deficiency in the Karma system.

Due to the anonymity in the Karma system point transactions, there have been ALOT of users impersonating me and giving out -1 to various users with insults along with them...

Now I don't know why they would impersonate ME, but this has already generated alot of negative Karma along with some racist/gender/sexual-orientation threats/insults towards me.

Would it be possible to "unhide" the Karma system users like it was before? This would point alot of the aggression away from users that have been wrongly targetted.

I don't want to make others users think I am insulting them (I have NEVER and will NEVER insult another player for any reason). I hope "unhiding" the users names will mitigate the situation, but for the time being; know that I only give out positive karma, in my record I have never given out a negative karma point.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one affected by this.
