kinda meh, but so is the price. Your not gonna do much with a 4890 on newer games unless you put a second one in there.

Amd 955 is 100 brand new actually only 98 right now.

new, better mobos are only 20 more.

5830s are only 20 more than the 4890....

there is a higher res LG there for 20 more.

Offer him 400 at the most, and use the difference to get another 4890 from ebay, if you decide to buy it that is. I would probably get new.
