Honestly I wouldn't bother with the GTX470. It is now old tech and it is outperformed by the HD6950 (1GB or 2GB models) which can be found for cheaper. The HD6950 also uses less power and is generally cooler (based on reference design).
Assuming you don't plan on adding a second video card I would go for something like an Antec TP-650 or Corsair HX-650 (I'd probably go for the Antec since it seems to be on a good sale on newegg at the moment)

Edit: I would go with a 2500k and a gtx 570 over a 2600k and a 560 ti. Both packages will cost the same but the 2500 + 570 will preform about 10% better. Of course for the price of a 570 you could get 2x6850 and destroy both of those packages.
All things the same the 2600k preforms about 5-10% better in gaming than a 2500k, the 570 performs about 15~20% better than the 560, and 2 X 6850s perform about 10~15% better than a 570 or 20~30% better than a 560. Right now dual 6850s is far more bang for your buck.
2600k + 560 ~ $590
2500k + 570 ~ $575
2500k + 2X6850 ~ $ 585
I'll put a build together that equals about the prices in your above post later today.
