I actually sold that a while back, seems when I complete a build, I just get over it right away and want to build another. Currently only have a laptop and PS3 for gaming.
Its not really a hassle to clean as long as you plan the build right, and include a drain at the lowest point, and be careful. There have been some really nice offerings lately as far as making loops simpler and more compact. For the price it costs, I would argue its more beneficial sound wise, than in a performance increasing aspect (Video cards can be so loud nowadays). Also more fun from a hobbyists point of view.
