100 gb sata maxtor
nvidia 7900 gt evga 256 mb pciex16

I run on about all medium and get like 40 fps in 64 slots servers and 30 fps too and sometimes 60 fps. I run on all high i get about same fps.

I got all latest drivers for everything. Is the issue cause of the ram?? it doesn't stutter it's just low fps .

Well at 1 gig it stuttered every now and then for me, I upgraded to 1.5 and it hardly ever does now.
So i de say ur problem is the RAM.

Do you currently have a single 1Gb stick or two 512Mb sicks of RAM?

If it's the single stick then get another and run it dual-channel. If it's the 2 x 512Mb sicks then do what I did... buy 2 x 1Gb sticks for a total of 3Gb. Yes, you notice the difference.
