No, this is the patch that covers EVERYTHING.
As there was many patches before this, they compiled everything together into one to make it easier, instead of installing the previous patches,one by one.

that is only the incremental patch(half patch) the full 1.22 is 379 mb
If you wanted the smaller version to get from 1.21-1.22, you should have used the incremental. The full patch is for people who just bought the game.

Thats just if you havn't got 1.21 you dont need any other patch then just the 379mb 1.22.
