So here's the deal. I wanna gain a little muscle. I don't care to look massive just enough to make me happy. I need help making out a routine. Just consider my days free and what ever you guys help me come up with i'll mold to my liking. Yester i started out with this,
Bench Press - 25 w/ 100lb's ( I heard lower weight more reps will get you more cut and not just bulkier? )
Curles - 30 w/ 40lb's
Sit ups - 100
Crunches 100
Then i basically pyramid it 3 times then i'll burn out on them, so...
Bench Press 20
Curles - 25
Sit Ups - Still 100
Crunches - Still 100
so on and so on 3 times then i do it again till i can't do anymore.
What else do you guys think i should add on? Should i do it everyday? Or give my muscles a break and do it 3 times?
I also want to get a leg workout in and do squats, lunges and leg extensions with 90lb's.
I also want to get my run time up. Any idea's on what i can do for that? I do 60/120's alot. Should i run everyday work out my upper body monday wednesday and friday then leg workouts tuesday and thursday then rest ont the weekend?
I take supplements too, as directed of course.
