If so, that's not Opera's fault, that is the themes fault. Reason being is that there has been a massive revamp in the Opera speed dial and the styling of it; and due to that your theme is now out of date with the new configuration. The new speed dial is 100x better than the old one. Either wait till that theme gets updated for 11.10 or get a new theme that supports the new speed dial.
