As awesome as F-16s are, they'll probably be using F-18s, F-22s, F-15s, or F-35s again.

Believe me I know where the centre of my screen is. I even put a dot of blue tack in the middle to test whether it was my aim or not. Yes quickscoping works sometimes but it is not consistent.

For reference I have platinum on every sniper rifle except the VSS and 90% of the time with those rifles was CQC.

Quickscoping was in BF2 and BF2142. It benefits those who know where they're aiming without looking down their scope so they don't have to sit there like a chump waiting for their scope to come up.

But its important to note that BF2's sniper rifles did not kill in one hit (unless it was a headshot) and the bullet didn't travel through multiple targets. So even if you did hit your enemy, you usually had to follow up with the pistol which made you an easy target for anyone following him. I can't see them changing the sniping mechanics much if they keep the close range OHK capability - it would make the rifles to OP.

I dont want to be a hater here, but the one thing that really annoys me is how they added this alsmost useless but cool detail of having an extra round when you reload an non-empty mag, but why the fuck did they remove the magazine/reload system and replace it with magic CoD style ammo bags???

none, but BF2 had it and i really loved the game for it.
For some reason that small detail (which actually had some tactical input) really makes me love BF2 more than CoD even more

And you cant deny that its lame of them to do it, considering that they used to have it and that they love firearm realism so much that they even that 1 round in the chamber (which has very little tactical input)

oh no, i dont mind change. but as i said, its this one thing that annoys me because it just seems so stupid to change considering the other changes that go more towards added realism.

only one ive encountered that doesnt use bullets is BF2
