Is it posible to get the explosives badge while playing as commander?
Tried last night en today on en 16 player server on large map,, set C4, clymore and mines,,, got more then 40 kills but no badge...

My friend got his expert explosives badge while commander (or so he told me).

If you got the kills via the explosives then yes, I'm sure you would. Since you didn't get the badge maybe you didn't get all 40 of the kills with them.

However I did once get a badge (vet sniper, the second time) one kill over the stated limit IAR, so maybe the system is a little buggy.

maybe the server did not report the kills to the ea server. Same thing happened to me with basic knife. had 7 kills, got the drums but no badge
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
