Basically, I need better cooling for my PC. My room gets crazy hot at this time of the year because of all the insulation/weather/PC getting pretty hot. Right now I'm idling at around 70C on my i7 930 with a Thermaltake Frio cooler (2 fans). The heat becomes unbearable at times, especially right in the middle of summer.
The clear solution to me is watercooling, and I have £200 to spend on it. My question is this:
Will a watercooling setup decrease the heat that's output from my PC? I'm not sure whether this is a stupid question, really. I understand it will keep my components cooler, but will the heat generated stay confined within the watercooling setup to a noticable amount, or will I still have the same amount of heat coming from the radiator as I do from my CPU cooler now?
I'm guessing it will decrease heat output, but I want to check before I sink money into this solution.
