find out the amount per gram or lbs and than weigh what you have.

Okey so here's the deal.
I need to work on my endurance and was thinking of doing cardio (running, HIIT) on my two rest days. I'm not cutting or anything, but my edurance is shit and i need to improved for my (hopefully) new work.
It might be counterproductive for my weight gaining, but i dont care about that at. So is this a good idea or are there better ways to increase my endurance in a few months?

HIIT is great for athleticism. Plus it takes less than half the time. I noticed my fitness levels steadily climbing week after week back at the start of the year when I was doing HIIT for a few months.

If you're eating a lot I don't think it will make much difference to your gains, not twice per week.

yeah thats what i figured. It might even be better (make me lose a little fat).
I think I have like 2-3 months, maybe more, maybe a little less and I have no idea how much my endurance will imrpove.

I need to so a sporttest ffor my new job and im scared to death that i will fail. they see you a lot of people underestimate it and fail. they say you need to have decent endurance, but i dont know what their idea of 'decent' is.

I can post a vid of what i need to do. It will be in Dutch but it ight give you guys an idea of what i need to do.

This is some guy practising for it.
There's 5 rounds, a long one(L) and a short one(S) and it goes L>S>L>S>L
I think you need to complete it in 3min20sec or some shit, so the guy in the vid uses the maximum allowed amount of time i think.

I'm not a fat fuck (low BF%), but I am a lightweight (65kg). I am a bit lazy though (sit behind my pc all day) but i do work out 3 times a week and have done more than that. But I've never been one for endurance so I am fucking scared. I can beat any psycological test and IQ test because theyre always waaaaay too easy and so predicatble, but this all comes down to my physical limits and I have no idea how i will perform.
Thats why it scares me.

Oh i just watched the vid completely.
He does it pretty quick actually (and it doesnt seem like hes going to fast if you ask em), but i believe you also need to drag a doll for a couple of feet in the long rounds.

HIIT will help IMO. Being light weight would be an advantage if anything. If I were you I'd do some reading up on the types of exercise pro football/tennis players do, as they run around for ages and must be able to pull out bursts of speed and power in an instant.

Maybe also look into plyometrics? I know nothing about it except it really pushes you to the limit endurance wise.

theres one pposistive bit of news to it.
if i fail the first time i can do it again in 3 moths, because the whole application period is about 6 months theres plenty of time for a retry and these 3 months will give me enough time to train more and be 100% sure to make.
So if i dont make it the first time, im definitely going to make it the 2nd.

Its one bitch of an appliction though. Have to do so much shit besides the sporttest

Plyometrics will enhance your baseline explosiveness but do relatively little for endurance. It is intended to train your muscles to fire quickly, not sustain effort over a protracted period of time. You will notice and improvement in any endurance activity because your muscles will be stronger (thus requiring less effort to achieve a standard of performance), but it doesn't condition you aerobically.

Would you consider the exercise vid i posted to be an explosive activity? because a 3min run/push/lift seems like an endurance thing. So i think i'll go with HIIT

Do you have any idea what the standards for the physical test are? I always noticed my endurance was better at the end of a track season, wherein I'd trained mostly using traditional sprinting workouts (essentially HIIT), but I can't say whether or not focusing on distance running would have been more productive towards enhancing my ability to endure lengthy effort. Since I was a sprinter, obviously sprint workouts made sense; in your instance, I have no idea what you are trying to prepare for.

I think it was 3min20sec max. But ive been hearing rumors about giving extra time because they need more people 9although they dont  hire that many).
But I'm not going to believe a rumour so I'm aiming for 3min.

I also need to have a conversation with an actor. He/she will try to get out of the room and act angry and sad the next moment and I need to keep em inside and try to talk to them.
Seems like fun.

need really work out related. But it just seems like a lot fun to me.
On topic though: I'm going to start training next week (as I will aslo start lifting again) and do HIIT on tue and thu and lift on mo/we/fri(as usual). I have no idea when I am going to start my application period, as I haven't applied yet. But I'm hoping my application period will start some time this months and the sporttest will probably be in 2-3 months if i get through the first application round.

Lol I am extremely tired and didn't see that you had already posted it. My apologies.

Plyometrics will help you for that test. Integrate both it and HIIT into your off days.

i dont really have access to the material for plyometrics (medicine balls, steps etc).
Or is there a way to do it without any equipment?

Like I say, I know nothing about plyometrics but these exercises seem to require little equipment - http://bodyweightexercisetips.com/plyom … ower-body/

I think he meant a general amount per gram for the variant of fruit or vegetable you are consuming. Something lik ethis: http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/fru … ces/1809/2

Where does Minced Beef stand nutrition wise? With vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, scallions, jalapeños etc...)

Keeping in mind I'm trying to lose weight without losing muscle mass

It's good, but it'd be even better to stay on white meats.
