You don't need to go completely health nut, just don't gorge yourself on processed foods and ensure you keep your caloric intake in align with your exercise goals while meeting your need for the three macronutrients.
Yeah I mean there are certainly benefits to eating whole grains over white grains, but as a general rule like nuk said, try to eat mostly whole foods and make sure you have plenty of protein in your diet. Try to avoid any carbs after lunch unless it's post workout, but don't stress if you do eat carbs at night from time to time. Just try to not make a habit of it.
Found my shaker in my bag from Friday's workout.

I still dont have the free keycord though.
I've got some samples. Haven't tried them yet. They're pre-workout stuff that's au naturale and meant to give you an energy boost. Sure needed it today, though I got through my workout (barely).
I got:
1 M.R Blue raspberry (pre workout)
Pre workout Power Fruit punch
Whey Fresh orange
All single serving satchets

Does anyone else find that shakers are the worse sealed water bottles in history? Honestly, mine all leak like a fucking sieve.
Mine is pretty good, doesn't leak often and when it does it's minimal.

Mine tends to leak as well 9when i shake it). But you need to either buy a new one because the thread on it is fucked up, or try screwing to the left till it sort pops on and then screw it to the right . Check if its not on crooked or anything before shaking /drinking.ghettoperson wrote:

I didnt check once, and whadda ya know! it was on crooked. I shook, and there was protein shake all over the place. I cursed a lot screwed it on again, but in my infinite rage forgot to check again. And once more! Proteins hake all over the room and my clothes.
Moral of the story: Check yo shaker before you shake bro
The free ones suck, you need to actually buy a decent one. Mine has never leaked, not even a drop. It's an awesome shaker bottle.ghettoperson wrote:

That type is the best around. It's a specific make, if you look closely with :http://monstersupplements.com/store/p/4144/1/Blender-Bottle-with-Wire-Ball-|-750ml.html
They're identical, only thing different is the branding. Get the cheapest one you can. The wire balls with that specific shape/design are the best. I have the PhD one but without branding.
1.M.R. is good, but nothing beats Controlled Labs White Flood. Actually, nothing beats anything from Controlled Labs, unfortunately it's not cheap in the UK.
I have the exact same shaker, different brandingZimmer wrote:

Only time mine has leaked has been slight and when I haven't clipped the top part down so it sort of clicks.

Really? Mine tastes like coco pops.
This. Unless I use my shaker anything the whey is in goes lumpywah1188 wrote:

Well I have unflavoured whey do you put it in after cooking the oats?
I put in extreme choc milk flavoured whey, made by ON. And I don't cook my oats, just put oats in bowl, whey on top, pour in the milk and mix it all around till the whey isn't clumpy anymore.
Uncooked oats..? ewww
I worked out for the first time after a two week break that i took because i overworked my elbow. Or at least, that's what the doctor said.
So i lowered the weight on exercises that require the use of my elbow. Not only to ease into the whole working out again, but also to check which exercise it is that hurts is.
Turns out its the triceps exercises.
I do skull crushers (known for causing joint problems iirc) and triceps extensions. Both caused an odd feeling in my elbows. I tried some close grip bench press, same deal.
This is getting very demotivating, because i don't feel like working out, knowing that this shit will come back every single time.
Solutions/suggestion?
I was thinking of trying a 5x5 program to build some strength (starting out low) before returning to a hypertrophy split (which i think was a mistake to start with, considering that my body wasn't that well adjusted to lots of physical activity)

No idea if anything in my last post was clear/made sense.
Feel free to ask shit as well.
