err...sure.  the minimum reqs. are on your BF2 cd case on the back. 

but for a comp that cost 863 dollars, im sure it would. 

settings should probably be medium and high.  but what do i know.  i suck at computers too.

Yes it will.  I would pick up a sound card though.  Even the SB audigy cards if you budget is fixed.  The X-fi cards if you can swing it.

Video you may need to upgrade.  Just be patient and save up anohter month or so and go with the 6800 (Or if possible the 7900).

Are you adding a network card.  I do not know of any mobo's that do not come with onboard LAN.  No need for a card.

Most people say "You need two gigs of ram"  I am running 1 gig Dual Corsair ultra low lat DDr400 RAM with everything on Med and text, distance, geometry on ultra high with 70-80 FPS.

I think what people should be saying is you can run the game on 1 gig of really good RAM, or easily with 2 gigs of whatever.

your video card does FPS....your ram does load time....corasir is the best value of ram... i have 1.5 gig and i am first in always, i have 2x 256 Mb, 2x 512 mb corsair.

Ugh... I was hoping it would play on medium settings. But oh well... is that video card bad?

What would the difference be in the sound card?


Umm... I dont have bf2... Soo... lol (long story on how I dont have it. lol)

I am on a ver limited budget so i might not upgrade te vid card unless it is ABSOLUTELY nessecary.
