it is utterly amazing. everything adam curtis does is simply fascinating.
it's pretty rare and difficult to actually be fined for this... it's normally just a bonus infringement if you have an altercation with the police and don't comply. only enforced if you're clearly being aggressive and a nuisance to the public (or the police that are approaching you). also a nice bonus fine for drunkards and disorderly people that see fit to hurl abuse and insults at normal members of the public, who would otherwise be released the next morning with no fines or punishment and only a warning for being 'drunk and disorderly'.Spark wrote:
