I still have a punching bag lying around in my basement. prblem is that ceiling there is made out of these weird plates so i cant really drill a hole in em
I'm lucky enough to have a whole bunch of beams to choose from.
I have a huge ring (with a screw on it) and a piece of chain.
It used to hang in my bedroom, but i dont have room for it any more, so the only logical thing would be to hang uit in the mancave(basement) together with my home gym, xbox and dartboard to really make the cave complete.

Sounds a plan, do it!
yeah but i might have to remove some of the insulating/sound proofing plates (at least 1), and i dont know if that such a smart idea. I'll check with my dad once he's back. Maybe he can help out with it.

Maybe even better than those squatting guys.

OMFG that hardcore squatting dude is hilarious! I was half expecting him to yell "peanuts" after he yelled "light weight" (and it was light too, from the looks of it... probably a bit under my warm up set weight )
No, he is using his back to support it all, duh!ghettoperson wrote:

Is he balancing all that on his dick?
Check out that dude's arm curls. Never knew you could work your obliques and compress your vertebrate at the same time!

I did 4 times a week for quite some time. Now lift 3 times and do cardio twice so i still exercise 5 times a week.
What the hell are those weights made of? Uranium?
Swapped out 5x5 for 8-10x3 the last few weeks, helped get me more motivated, except it's depressing dropping the weight so much.
As I was weak on barbell rows, I changed it so they were the repeated exercise every workout.

Really pushed myself today.
Did 3x8 DL @ 79kg, no worries.
Assisted pull ups, 3x8, last set was tough and I don't count the last couple reps as proper reps, but tried my hardest.
Read up how to correctly do a press in SS, pushed through 34kg without much struggle, except for the final rep was slightly wobbly, but the rest was the best I've done, and that was putting the weight up another 2.5kg from the previous three workouts.
Kinda did 3x8 on BB curls (again, SS method) but I didn't count the last rep as it involved too much body movement. 26kg.
Did some weighted decline sit ups, supersetted with lying leg raises. 2x8. Then did a final set of weighted crunches, lying leg raises and decline sit ups.
Feels good to have corrected my form some more and made some more progress. Noticing some visible gains as well as strength gains over the past few weeks so that's always a win

noice
Filmed myself doing squats to check my form, turns out I'm not squatting to parallel, I stop a bit short.
It's kinda disheartening, but at least I now know I really need to squat deeper.
Next workout I'll deload 10kg and correct my form.
