I've got some customer beside me _{I'm at work} and he is swears that he just saw a ghost

back story :

There is a bridge located 1/4 of a mile down the road from my store. Back in the 70s some dude hung himself from the bridge. Since then, occasionally we hear some story that saw someone hanging from the bridge but when they try to get closer to investigate .... theres nothing there. Soooo this guy is walking up the sidewalk and spots someone hanging from the bridge and of course nothing is there when he get closer. He walks into the store and he is white as milk but he is throwing down a $100 that he is telling the truth that he actually saw someone. I want to call his buff and collect my $100 but he won't pay.

So ......... do you believe in ghosts ?

its more of a figure of speech when you hear someone say " I bet ________ " but I find very annoying when I hear it and when you pull that persons punk card and demand the money they refuse and say " its just a figure of speech "

Given how often you hear about ghosts and really paranormal stuff (hasn't there been some research using IR cameras and the like?), it wouldn't surprise me if it was all real. I've never been witness to something paranormal, but I'm not going to call someone crazy because they did.

Actually, I kinda do.

My cousin worked as a security guard at a computer recovery agency. This is a three-story building with huge offices that housed roughly 400-500 computer workstations in each room. He would work the graveyard shift all alone and swears up and down that crazy shit would happen late at night.

Now, my cousin is the only person (legally) in the building at night and has a reception desk next to the only entrance/exit. He would tell me stories about how he would hear desk chairs rolling around upstairs, while the security cameras showed no people or even movement in the rooms. Also, he would see random doors, mind you these are key card-locked, left open even after he had done his rounds and seen them closed. The creepiest one by far, the reason I believe his stories, is one that he showed me on his camera phone. He was recording the surveillance cameras cause you could see one of the doors in the upper rooms opening slowly with no one around. While he's recording this, the intercom comes on and you can hear faint laughter in the static. God damn, it was creepy to watch on his phone, I would've shat myself if I was there. And that is why I do believe in some paranormal stuff.

Nope, never. We have an old state complex that housed everyone from the blind, paraplegic and deaf to the mentally retarded for 150 years. It's abandoned now, people think it's haunted. I've been there dozens of times and not once have I heard anything that wasn't a critter or someone else with me. I find it very hard to believe in a ghost.

This is the theater building, people say it's haunted. I say it's haunted with raccoons, rats, mice, stray cats. It's a lot more dilapidated than what you see in the photo.
