Although in all seriousness, out-of-state drivers tend to be bad anywhere you go simply because there's a 99% chance that they don't know your roads or how people drive there. I know I always get kinda lost in Northern Virginia simply because I only go there for Tysons Corner and Alexandria and North Arlington. Anything else blows my mind. But I know the roads in MoCo and PG County pretty well, enough to find my way at least.
