you are entitled to be not satisfied about there service, it is not that you are doing this to harm their reputation, you were not satisfied with their reaction therefore the negative feedback. you can always throw it on free speech

Dunno what they'll do and I couldn't find any outcomes. I imagine any negative feedback received, they bully the person into changing it the feedback. It appears they lose privileges on e-bay if they get enough negative reviews.
I'd do nothing from here out. If you are served, lawyer it up and, let em' know you're going to the media and paint them as an asshole bully company if they don't back off. That will do far worse than one negative feedback comment. I've seen/read worse news stories on a slow news day.
Or you could always change it to a neutral/positive feedback with no response.
