Over here, many MD's are getting to the point that they don't want to give out the good stuff out of fear of being pegged a 'pill mill doctor'. So those that abuse the system continue to do so, while fucks like me have to suffer.

If you've got great insurance (as I do, just a shitty Dr.) then the first is awesome. I dunno about the latter model other than to see its faults in other States.
