Sup lads,

Trying to install Windows 7 from a pen drive on my woman's new netbook. I went in to setup, boot menu, changed the boot order so it boots from USB Hard Disk first. F10 to save and restart... but all I get is a white flashing cursor in the top left of the screen when I boot up.

Went back in to setup, disabled everything apart from usb hdd, same problem.

Gonna google as well, but anyone got any ideas?

How did you put w7 on the disk? That Microsoft tool?
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

Wintoflash, my mate pointed me in the direction of the MS tool, lets see if this works.
