I am a First Sgt and have never played SF. If i buy SF or log onto SF with my bf2 account do I automatically get unlocks? or do i have to gain a rank before i get the unlocks? Hwo does this work?
you should get your unlocks right away (if I'm not mistaken)

I had 3 unlocks in BF2. then I got the SF, and first time I went on BFHQ, I got to choose 3 more unlocks.. and I could choose from all the remaining unlocks..

Visit a friend who has SF. Login with your Account, play one round. Tataaa! Since you're a First Sergeant you should now get six extra Unlocks plus two unlocks at your next promotion.

Ya you get as many unlocks as you already have like if you had 4 unlocks you get 4 more once you play one round on sf then when you leave you will get the drum roll and havve 4 unlocks waiting for you if you have unlocked 4 that is. You could have searched dude many many topics on this
I have SF, my friend didn't i played SF on my pc with his account ones he got First Sergeant, (1 full round) i stopped, quit , logged back in and got 6 unlocks for him.
wow how is that even balanced? I think im going to do that however it has to be the most cheesy thing i have ever heard of. How could EA allow that ?
I think you may have to score at least 1 point while playing SF to get the unlocks.
I know what you mean about it not being balenced, as in many ways they are two seperate games. Why should owning one give you an advantage on another?
I rarely play SF but recommend everyone gets it so they have different unlocks avalible to them.

wow so i did it and i got 6 unlocks. Bascially i have every gun now except the engineers guns. I cant ebelive i didnt do this sooner. The G36E is hands dow nthe best gun in the game. i would have had so many more points if i did this sooner
