Theres this black van, with tinted windows (black) and a 3ft antenna on the roof in fron of the house. At 3am.
Plates are Polish and its parked very suspiciously in front of me door (it takes like 3 potential spots just to stand directly in front of my door)
Front windows arent allowed to be tinted that heavily here, so i had a peek inside. Its empty, unless someone is sleeping all the way in the back (believe it or not, very good possibility).
Its probably just construction workers or some shit that use the free parking here. Still, pretty weird.
