Yeah it's a huge shame. I'd use the hell out of it, but £9.99 a month for the privilege is a bit much, considering how many other monthly bills have to be put up with. If they got rid of 'Unlimited' and made the Premium £4.99 instead I'd be much more likely to use it.
I have an invite.. what's the appeal?

Ok. So Premium is like a Zune Pass but better.

it's just a simplified on-demand service that allows for easy sharing and syncing. I'm giving premium a whirl.coolstorybro wrote:

Same, Just bought a subscription not 15 minutes ago. So Far I've spent my time checking if they have ultra obscure records (so far they've had all of them sans Joshua Bells Appalachian record which I think is pretty rare) But Ill give play lists and such a whirl tomorrow. Make sure you go into preferences and check high quality streaming though.Kmar wrote:

I have a couple invites for the free version if anyone wants one.
It's also super easy to share music with other users. Just a click and drag to their name. I may do a little mini review.

I don't like the ads. Not so much that they're there but that they suck. If I'm listening to Mastodon I don't want to hear an ad for Chris Brown.

Any reason to use this over torrents?
It's legal. I always get a creeping worry when I download torrents that this could be the one that gets me.
Although Spotify's collection still isn't complete. They don't have Metallica nor do they have one of Mastodon's albums. There are several more examples.

I kinda broke it down at the end here http://forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=143511Macbeth wrote:

Oops. I didn't see it since the reviews section is all the way at the bottom. Section should be a sub of EE. Just a thought.Kmar wrote:

Those are probably due to exclusivity deals. I've found some really obscure things on spotify and was pretty surprised.Hurricane2k9 wrote:

Maybe if we get a few more reviews in there.Macbeth wrote:
