BF2S Forums Question about Basic Knife and Pistol badge...

If you get 7 pistol kills IAR now, you will get both basic and veteran pistol badges.

As to why your knife one isn't showing up if you are getting 7 IAR..I don't know. If you are exiting the server before the end of the round, sometimes the stats /medals don't get awarded (I know this from experience!! )

haha I know IAR...but I have done this a few times...and still not getting my badges. Grrrr its driving me nuts!

I don't mean to offend you or anything, but you only have 22 knife kills. You can't have gotten 7 IAR too often.

Are you sure they were all knife kills? It happens quite often that you unexpectingly come across an enemy and immediately shoot him with your gun. If you don't take this into account when looking at the Stat-Board it can happen that you believe you already have the necessary kills, but in fact you don't.

Go for it again and make sure you really get 7 kills. You'll get it, don't worry. But you might want to get 50 knife kills before you try to get the badge. If you do you'll get Basic and Veteran at once. If you don't you'll have to get another 7 kills IAR for the Veteran.
