in biology class we took a swab and ran over the surface areas of the mens and womens bathrooms and put em in petri dishes. the womens bathroom was like a gazzillion times more filthy. makes sense though. they come in contact with the surfaces of a bathroom more than men.

@Stimey my uni has this website for finding roommates and housing. a few people were interested in that house, we spoke with each other and seem like we'll all get on pretty well. There are a couple prior tenants though, the landlord rents by room.

This mofo's bringing in mad money. $750 a month for the basement rooms (they're nice though, spacious with windows for natural light. more of an English basement), $800 a month for the second floor rooms. I think there are five rooms total. Those prices include utilities. But those prices are about par for the course around here... every landlord knows they can make a killing since the demand is pretty inelastic.

ah nice. All the people I would've roomed with already had accommodations set up. I commuted last year so I didn't get early choice for on-campus housing nor could I be written down as a roommate for the people I knew who were on-campus. My off-campus friends have either graduated or their houses were already filled.
