i would have it be 64 player 64 map with a rotation of karkand, mashtuur, wake, sharqi, zatar wetlands, Dragon Valley, in no particular order.
Wake or Dragon
Wake Dalian and Karkand
24/7 Kubra, Or, 24/7 Zatar, Or, 24/7 Clean Sweep, Or, 24/7 Songhua.
