Yeah, really annoying, I'm always glad if I can pop up the smoke, that get's you rid of the lock mostly
Yes, annoying, but you do noitice it. And, that's why it's used, for awareness.
If they would put in a metal song instead, I could react better, because I hate metal
I gun but don't fly and know that sound will make a pilot tuck tail and run. So, when on the ground with an Eryx or SRAW I'll shoo choppers away just by looking at it through the AT's scope.

as annoying as it may be, i wouldn't want them to take it out. its there so you realize you are being locked onto and so YOU MOVE OUT OF THE WAY. try losing the tracker and then the sound will go away (jeez the stuff people will whine about)
