Suggestions for Puppy Name

you know, aside from being a russian name for certain breed of husky-like hunting dogs, "laika" if translated literally means "she-barker". if your dog is he, that wouldn't be a very fitting name.

edit: and - on topic - i like kimm's suggestion. hiro sounds good.

Friend's roommate had a mutt he called Zodiac. He was never around to take care of the dog, so we ended up walking/feeding it. We decided Zodiac was a horrible name for him. So, we decided to start calling him 'Dave'. It worked, and the owner got really angry at us as 'his' dog would no longer respond to the old name.
