If you recorded with FRAPS you can import the video clips into VirtualDub, then use a codec to size them down so you can upload them to YouTube.

You aren't going to get five minutes of HD footage from FRAPs under 100MB and not incur some serious quality loss. Jus' sayin'.
Drag your media onto the timeline
(Change the resolution to whatever you filmed at)
(You can crank the bitrate down a bit, you will lose a bit of quality but the size will also go down)
Then hit Okay then hit Save.
