It's not like there aren't too many people in the world with MBA's already...

It's like being a lawyer really. All the prestige and worth of a MBA is being sapped just like law degrees.

I would love to attain an MBA out of sheer personal interest, but my career path (public policy analyst) has no need for one. Masters of Public Policy for me!

True, but it means a straight shot into the corporate side at my company. I could've gone with a Masters in Engineering but then I'd be stuck doing research (for the rest of my life).
