Ok...here's how I understand how the favorite victim thing works...for someone to become you're victim you have to kill that person so many times in a row WITHOUT them being damaged i.e. shot by anyone else, if they are shot by anyone else it ruins the streak...for example I killed not u dude 9 times in a row because I was a commander on mashtur at one of the gas stations and he kept trying to kill me to take it over, however I always killed him and apparently I was the one who always killed him...I know this also works because of my victim RomeoAsian, who I killed 4 times in a row because a medic kept reviving him so I kept killing him, underhanded, maybe but it worked...I hope that helps you out guys...

It's something like that. I killed a guy 18 times in one round, he had a total of 22 deaths that round and his worst enemy only killed him 9 times. He never showed up in the list.
