That talk show host just cant stop laughing, because of that guys silly voice!

But does the guy talk like that in real life or is it just some comedy show case type thing

I really wish we had a translator here.

By the way, this is only a small piece of the full movie. The guy completely loses it in the end and the audience gets really p'ed of (Although it isn't for real)

Well, first off, it's not even for real, so it's nothing to get worked up about anyway

But basically the guy had an operation on his throat that left him with the voice the presentator laughs at.
I can't remember what the girls problem is, but the whole thing isn't really about her
