I have a Canon IXUS 95 IS camera, a little point-and-click digital, and I need to have it be able to be operated remotely from my computer. The Canon software insists this can't be done but I'm sure there is a way.

Anyone know of anything?

Nah, doesn't seem to be the solution. More than anything I need a live feed, ideally into a computer monitor, because for this project I'm doing I need the camera facing towards me - but given that when I'm doing this I can't line up the shot right it all turns to shit.

Looking around, seeing if I can find someone with a camera that works with some of the software I've scrounged. When I got my camera it wasn't with the aim of doing something like this, I just wanted to take holiday snaps.
