Palmer to the RAIDAS. On one hand, we may have solved our QB question for the next few years. On the other, we've been giving up first round picks like unwanted babies for the last few years.

Would Cutler be able to perform at the same level as Brady, all things being equal? Not a chance in hell. Cutler's a head case with marginally above average talent.

you know that how?  nobody has seen his full potential because hes always been surrounded by scrubs (apart from forte)

anyway, brady is obviously better than cutler, but cutler is definately underrated

I seem to remember Brady taken an average team to the Super Bowl against the Rams. Bledsoe was even better than Cutler. Oh and I'm not even a Pats fan. I actually hate them. But Brady is top 5 all time. Maybe top 2.

I know that from watching him play. Remember when he was mic'd up and was complaining during the game that they were showing the other QB too much on the bigscreen?

Usually good QB play will transcend the shitty team they are on. Cutler's problem is consistency.

we'll see what happens this season

i still feel like the bears will make the playoffs.  our competition is the bucs and giants for the 6th seed so i think we'll be fine

Way to settle for mediocrity.... and I am a Bears fan, BTW. I just dont see them going anywhere, even if they do squeak in for the 6th seed.

brady has won 3 superbowls, holds the records for the most TD passes in one season and has a supermodel wife

cutler took himself out of a game because he was crying about his poor knee

not. even. in. the. same. category.
except for the fact that cutler tried to play but the coaches took him out

i love how all of chicago is still behind cutler yet the rest of the nation doesn't know what they're talking about and thinks cutler quit on the team
so a bunch of homers won't criticize their QB? wow, what a shocking development!

this

Brady, as CC-Marley said, was pretty much the biggest reason the Pats won the SB in '02 behind a kind of meh Patriots team. Well him and Vinatieri's clutch kicking. Put Cutler on a team like Green Bay and you're not going to see anything special.

brady would still suck with the bears online, wide receivers, and playcalling

correction: he wouldn't suck, and he'd be better than cutler, but not by much

i compared their toughness initially, then proceded to say that brady wouldn't be much better if he played on the bears

all your quotes above say that

so is that why 3 other posters besides me all saw you trying to compare brady to cutler in terms of performance ability

brady makes every wide receiver he's paired with look better. admit you made a stupid remark, admit you're a homer, and proceed in drinking bleach

if i said cutler is anywhere near as good as brady, my bad.  brady is obviously one of the best quarterbacks in history and is headed to the hall of fame and cutler is no where near there.  i was just trying to point out the fact that cutler can't be judged to his full potential when he's playing with a bunch of noobs.  cutler can't develop when he's constantly getting sacked because his oline fails and the playcaller loves 7 step drops even when the oline is failing.  he also can't develop when his receivers constantly drop balls.

and yes i am a homer
