how come i cant play bf2 when i log onto a different name on windows xp? once i choose a server to play on it says my cd key is invalid. any one kno wats wrong?
Are u running xp under Administrator account or as limited user?

Shrp, post 1.1 CDKeys are stored in the windows registry under that users catagory.

Log on with admin account and right click on the BF shortcut image and select "Run As"

I think there is an option to install the game for "all users". If you didn't check that then the game will not show up on the account you're logged in with.
