If you go on a server and you then find out they are playing knifes and pistols for one round and then c4 only for the next and so on and so on....The server dosent say thats what there doing but you will get kicked if you use any thing else is that stat padding or cheating? After all if the server is full and everone is playing the same thing wher is the harm?
If its a ranked server, they should not be doing that, it is classed as statpadding. report em to ROE

Most if not everyone has stumbled accross a knife/pistol server, and probably has enjoyed their stay also for a certain amount of time. However, on a ranked server it is forbidden.

course its padding, like they said above me, because the scores you can get can get you the badges that other people have to work for
