Any meat that's been frozen is worse than the shittiest fresh meat

i have a store like 5 minutes walk from my door, so i eat fresh meat every day. but last year when it was more hassle for me to do that, i also kept frozen chicken breasts and mince beef. it's cheaper for student living, too. but still try to get quality food.

next time cook it on the stove top in some olive oil.  just cover it for a little bit with some veggies, add some salsa like 10 minutes in.  If you don't want to actually cook a nice meal, that's a quick way to cook chicken that tastes decent

I mean, if you give me all the ingredients and all the tools (and the recipe of course) then I can cook without any problem. I nailed creme brulee on the first try. But that also took quite a bit of time
For instance I've got a great salmon recipe but it takes like an hour from picking out the ingredients to sticking a fork in it.
e: Yeah zeek I don't have a store near my house that I can walk to. If I had a car I could go every day and buy what I need but unfortunately I don't, and the roommate who has a car isn't always here when I wanna cook.
