Since rumor has it the requirements for this badge amongst others are being reduced in the next patch which is supposed to be out on the 23rd, you would probably be better off waiting till then.

Listen to Kobrakai, the requirements should be lowered to 20 Repairpoints IAR.

Just wait until 1.3 comes out and you'll likely only need 2 repair points in a single round for the Expert Repair badge.

well i cant get 15 repair in one round so how do i get 20 in one round plz need some more clues

in the 1.3 patch it will bee 20 repair in one round jack not 2 and that sucks ;( if the rumers is correct
