As far as UK goes, I was thinking of flying to London and taking a train or something north and then fly to whatever destination i want. If flights from London are really a ton cheaper than from scotland i´ll even consider taking a train back south and visit London a second time (no problem for me, i really like it there) and fly from there, but only if it really saves me money.
And then it's off to the states or maybe aussieland.

And aus has the added little benefit of being close to new zealand which is always worth a visit.
I know 2 guys that did a round the world trip and they both agreed that new zealand was the best place to visit.

While you're on the East coast of North America you should visit Montreal. Far superior to Toronto (better architecture, museums, public transit, bars), although Toronto has a better club scene.

Just a rough sketch i doodled on a world map in my head, but it's not a bad idea.
The financial aspect of it is most likely very inefficient, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

The doodle with the shortest routes made sense in my head, but thinking about it a little bit more makes it a stupid idea irl, although it has a lot of potential.
But thats why i thought about going back to lnd, since flying from it is easier and most likely cheaper.
Yeah, I'd fly out of London no matter what. More flight time to choose from, more destinations, and more airlines to choose from (AirTransat is cheapest).
