I got one on Karkand and the other on Warlord and was not even trying for it. Both games weren’t heavily populated, maybe around 10 to 15 players on each side. So the rounds were long and drawn out. Just take your time and pay attention to your teammates and withhold your fire if you get in a big mealy, it will show up.

I got 3 and this is what I do.
Take a 64 map of Dragon Valley or Karkand with just 10-20 players in it.
The time has to be set on 2/3 hours or unlimited.

Because of the big map you have plenty space and time to seek and destroy your enemy.
Watch out for teammates if they appear and let them go first.
Take an APC or chopper! Don't play commander (arty), don't throw grenades.

I got mine on Warlord in a tank.  It helps if there is a small number or players.  The more clean kills you get before the server gets full, the easier it will be to get it.

Getting the Good Conduct ribbon is more about playstyle than any given map.

A good option is to play as Sniper.  You're not likely to shoot any of your team-mates, unless you're a really careless rifleman.  Keep well away from areas that your team is operating in and use your claymores *only* to stop people sneaking up behind you, so that there's little or no chance of catching team-mates in the blast.

I wouldn't use a vehicle.  It's far too easy to accidentally bump someone and spoil everything with a team-damage penalty.

I got mine as Chinese Spec-Ops on Dragon Valley.  I spent most of my time alone, sneaking into the Harbour base and blowing up the US assets.  Most of my kills were actually the US commander, as he kept trying to repair his stuff, and I'd sneak up behind him and riddle him with bullets.

So, general advice:  As with any badge/ribbon it's easiest to get on low-populated servers.  Lone-wolf it, keeping well clear of your team-mates so you don't accidentally damage anyone.  Use precision weaponry like sniper rifles and carbines for your kills, don't spray with LMG's or vehicle MGs.

Good luck!

Idk if it is such a good idea, it's pretty hard to get 27 kills with a sniper rifle.

My guess would be the spec-ops with the G36C.

D'oh.  I was on about the Good Conduct Ribbon, not the Medal, which only requires 14 kills (well doable as a sniper).

Uh... yeah... well, most of what I said is still applicable, I guess, you just have to do lots more killing

YAY! Did it. Tank. Karkand!! Karma for as many of you as I can!!!!

32 player map, 16 players. Ownage!! Very lucky cuz I was lagging bad and it sorta froze during an MG burst and when it unfroze it was pointing directly onto a random support guy. Phew!

It doesn't matter if it is the ribbon or the medal.  Both can be daunting when you first go after them.  It took me more time to get the ribbon than the medals when I went after them.

I got my ribbon on dragon valley as a gunner in a chopper for 13 of the kills.  My game crashed and I got team switched when i got back in.  I got my remaining kill shooting down a black hawk in a J10.  (got really lucky i didn't tk someone with that.)

You can get them in vehicles.  You MUST pay attention AT ALL TIMES to your SURROUNDINGS.  Like someone else said it is very easy to ruin it by running into another vehicle or tk'ing someone trying to catch a ride.

got all mine in the bomber, its really not hard to get the kills and avoid TK'ing anyone, just check the radar for blue dots before you drop the bombs!
