i already have sent them a scan! what a load of bollocks though. i clearly am me. i have shitloads of genuine friends on that account that i interact with, it's hardly as if i'm some 1000-friend account full of random chinese bots and shit. it's also linked to my twitter and my google account and all sorts of other shit that is under my name and active. what the fuck! the only thing i can think of is cause i'm always linking people music and shit... maybe someone reported me for copyright infringement. but wtf is that! linking a youtube video shouldn't close your entire account without warning. fuck i'm gutted. i'll never be able to exchange a picture comment for a picture comment again! and how else will i poke people to get their attention

You don't have to send it in. They have you fill out the paper at the DMV when you get your license at 18.
